Once you subscribe to a plan, you can submit design requests. We’ll queue them and deliver each design within the specified turnaround time. Revisions don’t count against your design credits, so you can request updates or corrections until you’re 100% satisfied.

A design request is any single task, such as creating a social media post, a flyer, or a custom template. Each request focuses on one deliverable to ensure fast, high-quality results. Strategy sessions are short, focused consultations where we can discuss upcoming projects, campaign ideas, and overall branding goals. This is not mandatory but it's available on request if your organization needs it.

Unused design requests do not roll over to the next month. However, you can submit as many as your plan allows within each billing period.

Each plan has an estimated delivery turnaround time. See our plans to see which one would work better for you. Yes! You can change your plan anytime to fit your nonprofit’s needs. Plan changes will take effect in the next billing cycle. Contact us if you need help switching plans.

No contracts or hidden fees! You can cancel anytime, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period.

Our main focus is subscription-based design. However, if you have a special project that doesn’t quite fit the plan, feel free to reach out. We’ll be happy to chat and see if it’s something we can take on. Remember, we're here to support your mission! 

Once we deliver a design, it’s 100% yours. You have full rights to use it however you like. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio to highlight our services, but if there’s anything you’d rather keep under wraps, just let us know—we respect your privacy. For designs that include AI-generated imagery (which will be completely unique for you), you'll still have complete usage rights.
